<p class="MsoNormal">Dr. Margaret Harris, senior health official at the WHO, said vaccines were a great tool and they will be very helpful. “But the effect of vaccine in providing some kind of immune barrier is still far off,” she replied to a question at a Geneva briefing on whether vaccines would come in time to prevent a third wave in Europe.</p>
