Vice President Kamala Harris’ trip to Vietnam was delayed for several hours Tuesday over fears of Havana Syndrome, a little-understood cluster of symptoms that has afflicted U.S. personnel overseas, including two or more who fell sick in Hanoi over the weekend, according to multiple sources.
