Prime Minister Boris Johnson on Monday announced a phased plan to end the country’s COVID-19 lockdown, adding that a “cautious” approach will ensure that England doesn’t have to enforce the restrictions again.While the roadmap involves four stages, the final one that will witness the easing of most curbs won’t start until June 21.
