<p class="MsoNormal">Lebanon will need to audit its state electricity company Electricity du Liban (EDL) and activate its recently announced regulatory authority among undertaking other reforms for World Bank to consider funding the country’s worn-down electricity sector, the bank’s regional vice president Ferid Belhaj said Tuesday.</p>
