Saudi Arabia's Sahara International Petrochemical Co. (Sipchem) awarded an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract valued at $500 million (SAR 1.87 billion) to Korea-based SGC-eTEC for the expansion of an ethylene cracker plant.
