Saudi Arabia’s ACWA Power has signed financing and security agreements worth $542.9 million (SAR 2.05 billion) for the Rawabi Water Desalination Company (Rabigh-4) Independent Water Plant (IWP) project, a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange showed Sunday.
