<p class="MsoNormal">Saudi Aramco Base Oil Company (Luberef) said Wednesday its net profit declined by 23.7% year-on-year to $402.5 million for 2023, dragged down by a fall in base oils and by-products margins despite higher base oil sales volumes.</p>
