Russia exports only half of its oil production, making the country lose out to the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) and its allies, known as OPEC+, Igor Sechin, head of the Russian energy giant Rosneft said at an economic forum on Saturday, Reuters reported.
