The oil demand growth forecast for 2021 has been lowered by a panel of experts for the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries and its allies (OPEC+) during a meeting on Wednesday, according to the panel's report, pointing to concerns of a poor market recovery amid a surge in coronavirus cases around the world.
