<p class="MsoNormal">The Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries and allies led by Russia, known as OPEC+, on Monday started meetings to consider further action to support the oil market in 2021. OPEC+ was due to raise output by 2 million barrels per day (BPD) in January as part of the strategy to steadily ease record supply cuts. It is now considering delaying the increase or cutting further as the second wave of coronavirus has hit demand and prices.</p><p class="MsoNormal"></p>
