Crude oil prices climbed Thursday after falling earlier in the day, amid rising tensions between Russia and the Ukraine. Prices dropped Thursday morning on mounting concerns that the US Federal Reserve will tighten the country’s monetary policy in a bid to control rising inflation rates.
