The Kuwait Fund for Arabic Economic Development Thursday signed a loan agreement for $115 million (KWD 35 million) with the Gulf Cooperation Council Interconnection Authority (GCCIA) to finance the development of its electricity interconnection system and to connect with southern Iraq.
