Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) awarded contracts totaling $16.9 billion for the Hail and Ghasha Offshore Development project Thursday, with a groundbreaking goal of operating with net-zero carbon dioxide emissions, the state-owned energy giant said.
