<p class="MsoNormal">Iraq will not ask OPEC for exemption from a deal aimed at reducing output, al-Sabah cited the Minister of Oil, Ihsan Abdul Jabbar. The Minister stated oil prices are expected to reach about $50 at the beginning of 2021.</p><p class="MsoNormal"></p>
