<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#0e101a">Oil major Saudi Aramco and energy services company Baker Hughes have formed an equal joint venture (JV), Novel, to develop a broad range of non-metallic products for multiple energy sector applications.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#0e101a">Both companies had signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to create a non-metallics JV in July 2019, and they signed the shareholders' agreement in February this year. </span></p>
