Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) has signed Tuesday a strategic collaboration agreement (SCA) with US-based Occidental Petroleum to explore potential investment in carbon dioxide (CO2) capture and storage (CCS) hubs in the UAE and the US.
