<p class="MsoNormal">Western powers have made it clear that they will not bailout Lebanon, whose economy is teetering, unless the country quickly forms a credible government to overhaul a bankrupt state. <span style="line-height:107%">France, the United States and other donors are now losing patience with the politicians in Lebanon. Many of them were in charge when the country plunged into economic crisis.</span></p>
