<p class="MsoNormal">British central bank Bank of England (BoE) on Thursday announced that it has kept interest rates unchanged at 0.1% and maintained the total stock of bond purchases at $960.8 billion (£745 billion) in an attempt to “sustain growth and employment.” </p>
