<p class="MsoNormal">Negotiations on a post-Brexit trade deal are set to resume on Thursday between Britain and the European Union (EU). EU negotiator Michel Barnier and UK counterpart David Frost are said to have agreed to an initial phase of talks in London from October 22 to October 25. </p>
