The Turkish lira fell to an all-time low of 9.85 against the dollar Monday reacting to President Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s announcement over the weekend to expel envoys of ten countries, but erased the gains to touch 9.58 as the diplomatic crisis showed signs of blowing over.
