Moody’s downgraded the long-term foreign currency and local currency issuer ratings of the Tunisian government from B2 to B3 and maintained a negative view, the ratings major said on Tuesday. It also downgraded the senior unsecured rating of the Central Bank of Tunisia from B2 to B3 and the senior unsecured shelf rating to (P)B3 from (P)B2, maintaining the negative outlook.
