Saudi Arabia on Wednesday has launched the Labor Reform Initiative (LRI) that sets out measures to enhance the contractual relationship between foreign workers and their employers, including job market mobility, the Kingdom’s Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD) announced.
