<p class="MsoNormal">Saudi’s Ministry of Investment announced today that it has issued 506 investor licenses during the first half of 2020. It witnessed a 20% year-on-year growth in Q1 foreign investments, followed by a 47% year-on-year decline in Q2.</p>
