Saudi Arabia expects an average oil price of around $50 a barrel between 2020 and 2023, according to estimates by Goldman Sachs analysts.Cairo-based investment bank EFG Hermes also said that Saudi Arabia is basing next year’s budget on an oil price of $50 to $55.
