Residential property prices and rents in Dubai declined in the third quarter of 2020, over the same period a year ago, a quarterly report of the UAE central bank said. Residential property prices in Dubai declined by 0.9% on an average in the third quarter of 2020, while the rents fell by 6.9% for the same period.
