<p class="MsoNormal">Riad Salameh, the governor of Lebanon’s Central Bank, has denied on Monday that the institution he has managed for 30 years is bankrupt, adding that despite the losses in the financial sector, it was continuing to fulfill its legally mandated duty. </p>
