The Lebanese Presidency Twitter account declared it has allocated 100 billion Lebanese pounds ($66.3 million) to help combat the relief efforts of Tuesday’s devastating blasts in Beirut. Prime Minister Hassan Dian described the situation at the port that led to the blasts as “unacceptable” and vowed to investigate.
