<p class="MsoNormal">The finance ministry said that oil revenues plunged 42.8% to $292 billion and non-oil revenues dropped 6.5% to $57.4 billion in the financial year that ended on March 31, 2021, while expenditure surged by 0.7% to $707 billion. </p>
