<p class="MsoNormal">The General Reserve Fund (GRF), one of Kuwait’s sovereign wealth funds, has reached an initial agreement with Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) for the payment of about $25.67 billion in dividends long owed to it.</p>
