<p class="MsoNormal">Countries like the Netherlands, Spain, France and UK have all seen a significant rise in COVID-19 cases since late August-early September even as Germany and Italy that did not see a corresponding sharp rise earlier are now seeing their numbers go up quite dramatically.</p><p class="MsoNormal">JPMorgan Economist David Mackie attributed this trend not to mobility but on “the breadth of mask wearing and the efficacy of test and trace regimes."</p>
