<p class="MsoNormal">The International Monetary Fund has authorized $174 million (148 million euro) in emergency assistance to South Sudan, the country's central bank governor said on Thursday. Flooding and low oil prices have wreaked havoc on the country's economy. The bank governor said the funds would be returned without interest as per the conditions agreed upon with the IMF.</p>
