Investment giant Goldman Sachs predicts another $600 billion in stimulus legislation this year if the Democrats win two Georgia senate seats in runoff elections on Tuesday, securing 50 seats and gaining control of the Senate. It expects bigger stimulus checks and student loan relief could be included in the package.
