<p class="MsoNormal">While Britain has been seeking a steep cut of more than a third to the EU share of the haul – in phases over three years - Europe's northern fishing powers that include France, Denmark, Ireland, the Netherlands and Belgium are expected to accept a 25% cut over six years.</p>
