<p class="MsoNormal">In its monthly report, the Economy Ministry stated that the restrictions imposed from the start of November that led to the closure of bars, cinemas, theatres and restaurants has hit consumption. The ministry, however, added that if the restrictions remained limited then the recovery would not end in the fourth quarter.</p>
