<p class="MsoNormal">Oman is tapping richer neighbors for the much-needed financial aid as it attempts to balance the need to plug a widening budget deficit against the potential threat to its much-prized neutrality. As per the International Monetary Fund (IMF), Oman’s gross domestic product would contract by 10% this year.</p>
