<p class="MsoNormal">The Purchasing Managers’ Index surveys compiled by IHS Markit in December for Saudi Arabia and UAE rose above the 50-mark that separates growth from contraction. Further, Saudi Arabia saw the gauge rising to the highest level since November 2019, primarily on account of an increase in output and new business.</p>
