<p class="MsoNormal">According to data firm IHS Markit, the flash US manufacturing PMI accelerated to 59.1 in the first half of January – the highest level since May 2007. According to the National Association of Realtors, a total of 5.64 million units were sold in 2020, which is the highest since 2006.</p>
