<p class="MsoNormal">The ruler of Abu Dhabi, Khalifa bin Zayed, has issued a law to establish the Supreme Council for Financial and Economic Affairs to oversee all matters related to the emirate’s financial, investment, economic, petroleum and natural resources affairs.</p>
