<p class="MsoNormal">EFG Hermes said Thursday it has successfully concluded its advisory role for the acquisition of a 30% stake in Egypt’s tobacco giant Eastern Company from the state-owned Chemical Industries Holding Co. for $625 million by the UAE-based investment firm Global Investment Holding.</p>
