<p class="MsoNormal">Storm Bella tore through most of France’s north, leading to heavy rain and wind that reached speeds of up to 120km per hour on the coast. As a result, thousands of people were left stranded and without electricity on Sunday. Some 12,000 households suffered power cuts in Brittany and Normandy in northern France and up to 6,000 around the Calais region.</p>
