<p class="MsoNormal">The Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX), a network of the world’s leading airlines, has awarded UAE’s Emirates with the APEX 2021 Five Star Global Airline Rating. Notably, the rating is based on feedback from passengers independently collected by APEX through its partnership with TripIt. In a bid to ensure that the reviews were provided by passengers who had actually flown on the airline, they were validated and certified by an external auditor.</p>
