Boeing is set to take nearly a 20% stake in air taxi startup Archer Aviation as part of a deal that will see Archer acquire three Boeing subsidiaries, Wisk Aero, Insitu and SkyGrid, while establishing a long-term technology-sharing partnership between the two companies.
