<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#0e101a">BA (British Airways) and Virgin Atlantic Airways Ltd. aren't giving refunds to the passengers who cancel year-end trips, even though authorities probe airlines' earlier reluctance to return cash to travelers trapped in the lockout. </span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#0e101a">BA will give ticket holders a voucher or let them move to a later date, it said. It confirmed that it would only refund tickets if the airline cancels a flight.</span></p>
