Kuwait's Emir Sheikh Mishal Al-Sabah has issued a decree appointing Acting Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmed Abdullah Al-Sabah as the emir's deputy for occasions when the emir is abroad, Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) reported on Sunday.
