In the latest filing, Apple claims Epic has earned over $600 million on the App Store and is now accusing the company of breach of contract among other counts, asking the court to "award restitution and disgorgement of all earnings, profits, compensation, benefits, and other ill-gotten gains obtained by Epic as a result of its conduct."
