Federal Judge Lewis Kaplan dismissed an anonymous plaintiff named C.D. from an assault lawsuit against Kevin Spacey Thursday, but actor Anthony Rapp — who also accused Spacey of sexually abusing him in the 1980s — is still listed on the same suit.
