<p class="MsoNormal">The FAO Food Price Index (FFPI) which serves as the benchmark index for global food commodity prices declined for the 11<sup>th</sup> consecutive month in February, the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) reported Friday.</p>
