DXB Entertainments PJSC (DXBE) has received a formal offer today from its largest shareholder, Meraas Leisure and Entertainment LLC (Meraas), in which it intends to acquire 100% of the company’s issued and paid-up ordinary shares, said DXBE’s Chairman of the board of directors Abdul Wahab Al Halabi on Sunday.
