Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich was pictured at peace talks between Russia and Ukraine in Istanbul on Tuesday, just weeks after he and two Ukrainian negotiators were reportedly victims of suspected poisoning at previous talks as efforts to broker a ceasefire continue.
