LVMH chief Bernard Arnault surpassed Amazon’s Jeff Bezos on Friday to become the world’s richest person, with a fortune valued at $196.7 billion. Bezos’ net worth now stands at $193.5 billion, shy of just over $3 billion, according to Forbes estimates.
